Mobil DTE 10 Excel Series are high performance anti-wear hydraulic oils specifically designed to meet the needs of modern, high pressure, industrial and mobile equipment hydraulic systems.

The Mobil DTE 10 Excel Series is constructed from selected base oils and a proprietary additive system to provide well balanced performance in a range of applications. The products exhibit outstanding oxidation and thermal stability allowing long oil life and minimized deposit formation in severe hydraulic systems using high pressure, high output pumps.

The innovative ultra keep clean performance protects critical hydraulic system components from malfunction, such as tight tolerance servo and proportional valves found in many modern hydraulic systems.

TERESSTIC is the brand name for a line of long-service-life lubricating oils that have ranked for over five decades among the finest products of their kind. Continually improved over the years, TERESSTIC oils are formulated with carefully selected base stocks and highly effective additives, including oxidation and rust inhibitors and anti-foam agents.

The TERESSTIC line of premium circulating oils consists of nine viscosity grades. Eight of these grades are blended to viscosity values that conform to the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) viscosity classification system. TERESSTIC 77 is an intermediate grade between ISO viscositygrades 68 and 100.

Mobilux EP 004 is semi-fluid NLGI 00 lithium hydroxysterate grease. The term semi-fluid refers to very low consistency grease which contains only a small amount of thickener and is pourable under normal conditions. Mobilux EP 004 contains a chlorine-, nitrite- and lead-free extreme pressure additive for extra protection against wear under high or shock loading conditions and is formulated to provide good shear stability and extra protection against rust and corrosion.

Mobil UNIREX N 2

UNIREX N greases are premium-quality, lithium-complex products suitable for high-temperature service in rolling-element bearings. These versatile greases can be used in a wide range of industrial applications and are particularly recommended for electric-motor lubrication.

Unirex N 2 in an NLGI No. 2 grade and is preferred in most cases for application by hand packing or by grease gun. UNIREX N 3 is an NLGI No. 3 grade often used for special applications such as sealed-for-life electric motor bearings, vertically mounted bearings, and higher-speed applications. UNIREX N greases are not intended to be used under extreme pressure conditions where extra anti-welding properties are required.

The Mobil Rarus SHC 1020 Series is a line of supreme performance oils primarily intended for the lubrication of severe duty rotary screw and vane air compressors. They are particularly suited for severe service where mineral oil-based products are not meeting expectations such as in severe applications subjected to high final compression temperatures or where extended oil drain intervals are desired.

They are formulated with design-specific wax-free synthetic hydrocarbon fluids and a high technology additive system that assures exceptional resistance to oxidation and thermal degradation far superior to mineral oil-based air compressor oils.
